Officer Richard Donohue stopped by the Blood Drive to talk about the importance of donating blood and if he will attend the trial.

How much she needed blood marathon time. Yeah well you know we kind of we've heard about this on the air and we didn't have anything else really going on today said it's always great to -- -- some friends and yeah come out and it but the Red Cross who says you know we're gonna we're gonna stop on by and if you hear the yelling in the background that's the that's my little guy who took him down today what -- what a cute little -- this what does this and -- -- -- -- -- -- he's -- -- -- -- -- -- not -- is not -- -- -- -- -- -- a -- -- -- -- -- -- any -- how -- -- -- -- -- -- -- the -- the -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- was 46 total -- -- units -- -- 46 -- goodness wow yeah. That's -- season it was it was a lot and we did it did definitely making huge impacted did it did save my life India us all because of you know. And honest people coming out then in tickets and have other day in you know not asked for anything retarded just doing a good thing while that's the thing you know I'm afraid of everything some are afraid of needles and afraid of painting and a fair about it but you know you. There's a lot of people who. Lot of people who come out and give year after year after year will be do you this and and you never know. You never know when you're going to be blood donors in -- you never know when you're when you're gonna need blood so. -- great story in and there's thousands or millions of other stories of of how important it is when it comes to the red cross and what they do so. And there's untold stories too I mean I got another thing that saved your life I think was or -- or at least help to your recovery is. Is the untold story of -- offering to bring strippers and -- -- beer. India Iran over there at the hospital and I added I don't I don't I don't believe we've ever told that story -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- I don't I don't remember I don't night I don't know I don't. I'm -- Fuzzy on I was there for that dramatic moment and I I don't believe we've ever discuss that still maybe that's for the books save that for the book etc. and -- say that for the book we'll -- that all right say that there's mrs. Donohue she was well aware of everything that was going on -- and -- That's not very happy. Not very happy about it and found that in she's she is the best out themselves.
